Creative Cloud crashing Netgear Orbi network

Updating anything through the creative cloud app forces my network to crash. My Netgear Orbi goes to solid purple light and becomes unresponsive. My computer is hardwired. Problem also occurs with my laptop through WiFi. I'm on Windows 11. 

Anyone else have a similar problem? Or even better a solution?

You really need Netgear to fix this. What do they say?

I mean I can understand where you are coming from but when I consider that the only problem I have ever had with my network is because of creative cloud why wouldn't that be my first stop for information?

again, change your dns server if it looks like your network is timing out searching for updates.
