I had to re-install the creative cloud desktop app and now it does not connect with Adobe. How do I fiix this problem?

I was able to connect with a gentleman from Adobe and we had a live chat and he fixed my problem. Thanks.  Steve

I was able to connect with a gentleman from Adobe and we had a live chat and he fixed my problem. Thanks.  Steve
