Creative Cloud desktop app does not automatically download photoshop

Hi,

I just started my 30-day trial, but I have trouble downloading photoshop.

I've installed the Creative Cloud desktop and currently stuck on step 3 of this page:

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-trial.html

It said

"Your app begins to download. At the same time, the Creative Cloud desktop app will appear, and it will manage the rest of the installation process. Check your download progress in the status bar next to the app’s name."

Photoshop did not automatically download.

There was a "Try" button next to it.  So I clicked on it.

It didn't start the download.  The "Try" button remained a "Try" button.

I am on Mac running Yosemite  OSX 10.10.5.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Thanks for all suggestions.

Restarting the computer fixed the problem.

I restarted my computer, relaunched the CC desktop app, clicked the Try button, and it started downloading photoshop.

I was able to install after that.

Thank you all.

Restart the computer once.

Make sure that you had logged in to Mac as Administrator.

1) Right click on Finder icon and  select "Go-To Folder"  option.

2) You will get a text box, please type-in exactly below command and then hit return.

/tmp

3)It will open tmp folder.
4)Delete all contents present inside tmp folder.

Then relaunch Adobe Creative Cloud and try to install again .

Still same ?? let me know.
