Creative Cloud Desktop App error 505 Windows 10 pro

I cant seem to update my Adobe Cloud. It keeps sayings error 505. I did everything I could that was suggested on the error 505 page. (when I post the link Adobe forums says its invalid HTML)

I dont have Beyondtrust Powerbroker, I updated windows and restarted my computer and I am not trying to log in remotely. I dont have any fancy anti virus on my system just Windows Defender. I even went into Windows Defender allow  Creative Cloud App in Public and Private networks. I dont know what else to do.

 

Im using a PC Desktop with:
Windows 10 Pro (64-bit0
32.0 GB of RAM
Intel i7-4770K CPU (3.50GHz)
nVidia GeForce GTX 78- GPU

I had to reinstall the OS, something in Windows 10 was blocking adobe and there were way to many seriveces to go through to find it. Not even the Adobe live chat gu could figure it out.

I remembered that I had prviously changed some things in the Services App. I changed it back and it solved the issue. If you can't remember what you turned off try this. It might save you time by not having to reinstall things. Type in Services in the search bar. Change Secondary Logon Properties to manual.

Also, once I changed this back, it would only work in Admin account. Problem still existed when I used a user account.

I reinstalled everything and even the the Adobe CC CLearner tool but I still got the 505 error.
