Creative Cloud desktop app failing to install

Hi - I'm having an issue installing the Creative Cloud desktop app, it fails every time I try to install it. I've rebooted my laptop, cleared my cache and gone through the troubleshooting options and nothing has worked. Any advice would be brill!!

As you have mentioned you are unable to install Creative Cloud desktop app as it fails to installs. Do you see any error message or code when the installation fails? If yes, then kindly share that with us, you can also share a screenshot of it:

Have you tried the troubleshooting given under 'Solution 2' of the following help document: Resolve installation failure | Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application? Please give it a try and share the results.
