Creative Cloud desktop app is not opening

Mac OSX 10.14.3

After I double clicked adobe creative cloud app icon in Application folder, it usually shows the icon on the right of menu bar, but nothing happens now.

Tried to uninstall but it does not work at all, keep telling me I have app has been installed need uninstall first, but I clicked Lightroom CC uninstall icon, also nothing happens..
