Creative Cloud desktop app not opening

Hi

I downloaded the Creative Cloud app on my Mac yesterday and started downloading apps during the 5th download it froze and the creative cloud stopped working, I restarted my Mac but still couldn't open the Creative Cloud app. I then uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall but still it would not open. I then uninstalled all the Adobe apps I previously installed and shutdown my Mac for the night. I tried again this morning but still I cannot seem to get the Creative Cloud app to open. I've tried everything and still i get the wheel of death! Can someone please help?

uninstall everything cc including the cc desktop app, Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
