Creative Cloud Desktop Application NOT working on OFFICIAL OS Catalina release

I tried installing, re-installing, uninstalling again... No luck. I tried to repair it but it tells me there is "some error" and my only option is to "quit" or "install the latest version" which leaves me in the same exact loop again. This is unacceptable... I really hope there's a solution for this!

Lilia, I am sorry to hear that the current installation of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application has become damaged. Please use the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html to resolve the current error. If you need to implement solution two then please make sure to locate and rename the correct OOBE folder. Failure to complete this portion of the solution will result in the error continuing.

Can someone please tell me why Apple users insist on jumping to a brand new operating system on the  first day it comes out without first testing it on a 2nd machine?   You've got to know there will be problems,  there always are.  Would it really hurt to wait a few weeks for bugs to get sorted and patched?   It's hard to muster up much sympathy when people act like lemmings rushing over a cliff.

Can someone tell me why it's a crime for someone to update their "machine"? I did expect bugs, they happen all the time, with fully functioning and fully tested machines/applications, and I "do" have a backup machine with a backup plan and backed up files. All my applications are functioning just fine (including the Adobe ones), except for the Adobe CC Desktop App, which is a problem no one else is having with Catalina around me and the internet so far. The public beta has been out before the official release, so I thought that they would've at least started testing. I have free applications that have already updated, this is Adobe, so yes I expect bugs, but I don't expect something to crash and stop working completely. A problem is a problem. Oh, and I didn't ask for your sympathy (nor that very kind attitude of yours), I asked for people who might have suggestions to help out in case they can... Thank you very much.

1st, Catalina is not official yet, it is still Beta

2nd, read https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/fix-macos-64-bit-compatibility-errors.html

First, it “is” official, it was just released today on the App Store... Second, all my Adobe Apps are working just fine, it is only the Creative Cloud Desktop App that is giving me an error that is not even specified, it literally says “some error” as I mentioned and showed in the screenshots provided. All other posts are talking about Beta versions, which is not what I just updated to. Also, I’ve read about all this 32-64 issue, it is not the issue I am facing right now, and if I do have an issue with an app and my solution is to “update”, then I wouldn’t be able to because I cant get the Creative Cloud App to work. Thank you.
