Creative Cloud Desktop does not automatically update apps

In the Preferences for Creative Cloud Desktop, there are settings for each app to control auto-update. I've got auto-update turned on for all my Creative Cloud apps, but none of them get updates automatically. I receive multiple notifications on my Windows Desktop telling me that app updates are available- but why isn't Creative Cloud automatically updating them??

VictorCharles, what Adobe applications are you missing updates for?  Does the computer meet or exceed the system requirements for the updates?  Information on the system requirements can be found at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html.
