Creative cloud desktop failed to install.....

I get the following error while running the cloud desktop app as an administrator:

We've encountered the following issues:

Creative Cloud desktop failed to install.

How can i fix this?

    Hi David, The creative cloud desktop app isn't functional yet, It may take us some more time to fix that sync and Application to work perfectly, once it is,all user's will be notified.

    I installed the cleaner and it seems to be doing the same thing on this machine.

    I have installed the desktop on another machine, and it was just fine and seemed to work ok..

    the differnces is that the machine which i am having the problem with, had the desktop app on it before.  I have un installed all applications related to 6....

    Hi DavidBurch-calgary,

    What is the Operating system you are working on ?

    Could you try installing the Creative cloud in the New user account and then check.

    Download and install the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool from following link and remove Creative Cloud Desktop app.

    Restart the browser and download the Creative Cloud desktop app from

    https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
