I have the same problem - did you ever find a fix?

Adobe, when are you going to stop offering "options" to help instead of "real" help. Chat is useless, "options" don't adress real issues, updates fail. How come payment rarely fail :-) ?

No kidding ! What help do I get ? I lost one working day, worth about 3000 USD, just to get a ten buck per month cloud working. And it's not working.

3. "countless meaningless canned stuff",

4. "we're closed now, explore other options" and

5. "still other "options" to discourage you to ask anything."

Adobe, get serious and attend to your customers instead of perennial security "improvements" for your revenu.
