Creative Cloud desktop failed to update (Error code: 50) or (Error code: P50)

USing Windows 10 latest updates.  Has been working for 2 years.  Last night got error that Creative Cloud Desktop missing file or corrupt.  Tried to update received error Creative Cloud desktop failed to update (Error code: 50) or (Error code: P50).  I tried to run the removal tool from Adobe and it finished with errors.  I downloaded a new copy of Creative Cloud Desktop and it now will not reinstall keeps givinig Creative Cloud desktop failed to update (Error code: 50) or (Error code: P50).  Is this another Windows 1o issue where I need to go into the registry and remove something. 

Any help would be appreciated.

I figured out what was the issue.  It appears that the first two times I downloaded the new Creative Cloud Desktop Manager my internet connection must have dropped out.  I took the computer into my office where I have a  1 gig connection.  No problems downloading the new program and installing it.
