creative cloud does not recognize my paid subscription! creativcloud erkennt mein bezahltes abo nicht !

do you have software problems? my paid abo does not recognize the creativ cloud, it always asks me to pay. the pay does not work, because the abo is paid. by not recognizing the subscription, the premiere cc does not open !!!!! please ask for a solution, why this contradiction !!!!

mein bezahltes abo erkennt die creative cloud nicht!  habt ihr software probleme ? mein konto sagt auch aus, durch die bezahlung ist die premiere installiert. aber die creative cloud fordert mich immer auf zu bezahlen. dadurch öffnet die premiere nicht. es kommt auch immer im dauerbetrieb die lizenzvereinbarung zu akzeptieren. was soll das ? ich bin sehr unter zeitdruck, bitte um rascheste lösung dieses problemes, ich muß ein project fertig schneiden !!!
