Creative Cloud does not run on Mac OS X (Yosemite v10.10.5)?

Hi,

Whenever I attempt to download the software from the creative cloud, a message tells me that "Your computer must meet the minimum technical specifications outlined below to run and use Photoshop CC."

The operating systems it supports are "macOS version 10.12 (Sierra), macOS version 10.13 (High Sierra), or macOS version 10.14 (Mojave)".

My Mac is updated and I haven't been able to tell whether or not the versions above apply to my Macbook pro.

There was a question asked with a similar message as above, however, the suggestions led me to the same place.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Download and install Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app :

https://ccmdls.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/osx10/CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg

once installed , Sign in and check. Adobe Creative Cloud shud detect the compatibility of the apps which can be installed on your mac.

If you had already installed , you need to install previous version of Photoshop which is compatible.
