Creative cloud doesn't download or install any apps

I lost 2 days of work trying to solve, adobe technicians with their incompetence can not give a correct solution. No programs are installed or updated, they always stop at some percentage, 24%, 44%, 55%. Horrible to be paying for something EXPENSIVE and not using

    MAnalogico, what error messages are recorded within the installation logs?  Information on how to review the logs can be found at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html.  Please update this public forum discussion with the error messages you discover.

    I already did that, already searched here in the forum, but none of the solutions presented work
