Creative cloud doesn't open, and unable to download any of the applications

Suddenly my creative cloud doesn't open and doesn't show any of the applications that I want to download. Please advise

In addition my Adobe Acrobat Pro doesn't open anymore, and therefore can't open any of my pdf. Don't understand how this happened.
