Creative Cloud doesn't show all the installed Adobe Apps

I have just discovered, that on my Windows computer, CC doesn't show my installed Adobe apps, unless I specify the specific language setting that was used to install these apps initially, in the Preferences. In my opinion this is either a bug, or a very non-user friendly behavior, that needs to be fixed asap. I don't have this problem on Mac. Currently I have 3 different language settings for different apps, and each time I need to change the language setting in CC Preferences in order to actually see the apps listed in CC

Hi Soom1976,

I wanted to try recreating what you describe but want to ensure I fully understand before doing so. How is what you're seeing on Mac different and better versus what you're seeing on Windows?

Thanks,

- Dave

Hi David

iCloud has just updated, and now behaves differently again:

Here are the screenshots from Windows 10:

1: here is what I see when I open iCloud - none of the apps appear to be installed. I cannot switch to Installed Apps tab too.

2: I go into settings, and change the Language preference into English (international)

3: as you can see now - Photoshop appears to be installed, and some more apps down the list. Still I cannot switch to Installed Apps tab, so no way to filter the installed apps, and again - no way to see if apps from other languages are installed...

All this is extremely unconvenient! I need to break my head and so so much clicking, just to understand which apps are installed or not...

On Mac all installed apps are displayed perfectly:

I have completed the bug report, but in the end after submission, there was only a message: You are being directed to the following page: http://www.adobe.com/creativecloud.html, and no confirmation whatsoever. I also don't see anything in my Adobe Account... so I have no idea if it went through or not...

this is how it used to work:

You can find all your bugs under the ‘Your Bugs and Features’ section on the “Home” page of
this bug application. Sometimes, a bug may be categorized as a security issue or later
marked as “Internal” only and will not be visible to you.
