Question

Creative Cloud Download

I received a confirmation email about my creative cloud activation. It told me to follow the following steps:

1) Sign in to Adobe.com with your Adobe ID to access all of your Creative Cloud apps and services.

2) Select "Desktop" under "Apps" to install the app you need. The Creative Cloud app will be installed automatically if you don’t already have it.

3) Use the Creative Cloud app to find information about updates, view release notes, connect with community and manage synced files.

When I signed in and clicked under my desktop, there was no option to download the applications, only to download their trial versions or to buy them (but I have already bought them so what do I do?)

Please help, this is very frustrating.

start the download of a trial version, https://creative.adobe.com/

you will then actually download the cc desktop app.  if you sign in to your desktop app, you can then download non-trials or, if you already have trial versions on your computer they will be converted to non-trials.

p.s. the only difference between trials and non-trials is the trials are limited to 30 days use.
