Creative cloud download error

I have no idea what to do, I downloaded Creative Cloud and it got uninstalled by accident so when I

try to reinstall it, after I sign in, everything is there except when I go into "Apps" then there is a

"Download error" Which then has an option for me to "Download Creative Cloud".... I already have

it downloaded and open... I've tried trashing the opm.db file; nothing happened. Tried to uninstall and reinstall;

nothing happened. Tried using the cleaner tool; nothing happened. This is stressful. is there a way to delete

this account/free membership?

I followed the steps and did everything and when i relaunched the app, the same thing happened.
