Creative Cloud Download error

Every time i install the Creative Cloud on my computer (Mac, Desktop) I recieve a message saying "Download Error" and it says to reinstall Creative Cloud. When I do so, it simply gives me the same message again. I've tried again and again to reinstall creative cloud, but it never works. Does anyone have any idea what to do?

I have this same problem, and your answer did nothing to help. How do I get to actual talk to a person at Adobe?
