Creative Cloud Download Error

I have had this problem for a while, tried to fix it following the description from other forums..

1. Re-installing it

2. OOBE deletion

3. Combination of repeating of step 1 and 2.

None of this works for me. Please help

    what's the exact problem, or attach a screenshot if there's an error message in english.

    It's the APPS page in creative cloud, the page displays DOWNLOAD ERROR message no matter what I try.

    sign out and then back in to your cc desktop app, Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app
