Creative Cloud download error

I've downloaded Creative Cloud but I get the error: "Download error: Please contact customer support." I've uninstalled and redownloaded but still get the same error message.

I have tried everything help item suggested in the forums but nothing has work. I am desperate as I need Dreamweaver ASAP for a project but I can't even download it. I am on a Mac, OS Yosemite.
