creative cloud download error please contact customer support

I have installed and uninstalled creative cloud app multiple times. Each time I get the same error. "download error Please contact customer support. I have checked to see that the aamdetect plugin is installed. I have restarted safari. I have read every help page I can find. I am using a new MACPRO and transferred files from my IMAC. HELP

I checked out the link you sent. I don't think I have any of the download errors listed. Most of the Application Manager works fine. Just not the App page. It just says Download or contact customer service. There is no error #. Any thoughts. Thanks for your help. Don

The steps listed under the solution section are still valid if there is no specific error number.  You are also welcome to review your download logs if you would like more information on the exact failure.
