Creative Cloud Download Issue: Unable to access Adobe servers (Code 113).

I try to download the free trail version of Photoshop CC through Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application, then I have a connectivity issue (Code 113), which says I am unable to access the Adobe server.

By searching the Adobe Forum, all solutions listed below have been tried, but none of them fix the problem:

A. Close the security software and firewall, meantime, clean up all kinds of cache and re-download PS CC;

B. Change to different internet environment, such as residential, campus and business network and try to download again;

C. Adobe Forum solution: How to resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications (Each step is strictly enforced);

D. Even try to download via VPN.

Right now I have no idea what can I do to fix the problem. Anyone else in the Community can provide any assistance?

Plus: I post the error summary for your reference:

confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

do you see both logos?

if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

I can see both logos, however, it will take a very long time, no matter whether I use VPN.

Furthermore, about whitelist the Adobe network endpoints, could you please provide more detailed procedure?
