Creative cloud download page errors/5XX.html -- Error 500: Internal server error

Hi, 

I am a new user and have been trying to download software from the site to get start working. 
Each time i want to download let say photoshop i get ofc redirected to Creative cloud download page. 
Each time i see the browser prosessing multiple pages (logging in etc.) and eventualy i get the error page.

This page is currently unavailable. Come back to this page later.

- Tried this on chrome, Edge and Firefox.
- Up to date browsers
- Clean catch 

- Ate all the cookies

- I have no old adobe programs on my system
- Tried this on two computers

Q: Is this a account rights issue?
