Hello, I'm trying to download adobe creative cloud but a box keeps coming up saying that you've sent a verification email to an email address that is not mine. My email address is claudiagmvieira@gmail.com and it is already verified. Please help. I'm trying to download a trial copy of Photoshop. Many thanks, Claudia

Hi claudiavieira,

Please close all adobe applications including CC desktop application .

Click on "Start" button and type "RUN" in search place and open RUN application.

In RUN application type:  %appdata%

On top of the Window in address, click on AppData.

Next, navigate: \Local\Adobe\OOBE

Under these, delete opm file.

Once deleted, please sign in again using your correct email id .

For Mac.

Click finder

Choose Go>Goto folder at top in menu bar .

Type: ~/Library (use ~ symbol before library )

Hit return.

Navigate to: Application support/Adobe/OOBE

Under this delete OPM.db file.

Once deleted, please sign in again using your correct email id .

If I look at your Adobe profile (Claudia Vieira) that is the email you use for it.  If you haven't updated it you should.
