creative cloud download problems

i have adobe premiere pro and it says that creative cloud is missing or damaged. so then i go and re download it but it just stops at 3% what do i do so i can run adobe premiere pro?

Thank you, for real. I simply got sent to this other POS page where the logout/login was near the bottom of the page??? Too late for me.

So I have deleted my CC desktop, and somehow I was rushing and hit option #3 twice in the cleaner tool and deleted the bridge as well. I've never done that before. I am starting here:

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling

-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is often needed

-Restart your computer... Sign in to your account... Reinstall
