Creative Cloud Download Speed Issue 2020

Hello,

 

Am I the only one who still tussles with the download speed issue for the CC 2020 apps? The need first appeared because of the 5 seconds lag on editing on CC 2019 Premiere Pro that made it unworkable and extremely frustrating! 

 

So I thought it might be a version issue. Okay I said and tried to update it (literally it was "Install" the app even though I already had it in my PC.)

 

But the issue now is the hell-slow speed of downloading.

 

You Adobe, every month take my ~150TRY's for being a member, that I am using the licensed programs, and is this the return? Seriously?

 

My PC is Macbook Pro Mid-2014 16 GB RAM, internet download speed is 80Mbps, thus "the issue" is you. 

 

MY CLIENTS ARE WAITING! Are you gonna do the explanations to them for me? No, I don't think so!!!

    Greetings,

     

    Another option would be to request/use the 2020 direct links instead, which don't use the CC Desktop app to download or install the creative tools.

     

    It is frequently reported those standalone installers will download much faster over the same connection than when using the Desktop app... not sure why.

    Your MBP can be brought anywhere. You can download your apps where you can find reliable internet speeds.  Constant 80 is more than enough to download a single app. If your connection is dropping, that might be an issue.

    But your lag while using the application isn't from download speeds, unless you are trying to edit from videos on the cloud without using proxies.
