Hi

can anybody help me ?

creative cloud downloads stops at 42%, extracting and shows error Installation  (7)

OSX10.9.2

maybe someone has a tip ?

    Hi Misstepisto,

    Go to C:/program files(x86)/Adobe/Adobe Help ,

    Move this folder on the desktop ,

    Run the installation again for the software, once installation gets complete, check the adobe help is working fine.

    If you're on wifi, try to use mobile hotspot from your cell phone plan. That solved my problem!!

    I don't understand any of the help. I just want to down load the InDesign program I just paid $599. for. Photoshop loaded fine. Help? Hung up at 42%
