Creative Cloud dropping Windows 10 support?

Maybe your computer is having hiccups. How old is it?

MS ended Win 10 support in Oct 2025. To extend support, you had to enroll in Windows 10 Consumer Extended Security Updates program, which provides security updates though October 2027.  At the time, I bit the bullet and got a new Win11 machine which I’m very happy with.

What type of Creative Cloud subscription are you using on the Windows 10 computer? I don’t see an active subscription under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum.

To add to ​@kglad’s helpful suggestion, if you are using an individual subscription, then see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/troubleshoot/launch-issues/creative-cloud-desktop-app-stuck-on-launch-screen.html for several common solutions to allow the Creative Cloud Desktop app to open successfully.

These steps will only be successful if you have full control of the computer and device.

win 10 is still supported by most adobe apps.  that will eventually end, but for now check https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html to confirm app by app.
