Creative Cloud Error 42:Installer was unable to access a critical file/directory.

I am trying to update Creative Cloud, because that is the only option it is giving me, and after a few seconds it comes up with this error code. I have no idea what to do and have looked at other forums and they do not help.

I have a PC with Windows 7.

Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL Windows permissions may help... says Encore, but sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account)
