Specifically: Log in/out - nope; mess with credential manager - nope; uninstall/reinstall - nope; uninstall everything, use AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool - nope!

Paying for a subscription that will soon be cancelled if unable to use the tools being paid for. 

This issue started with updating an app already installed and working fine. Complete all the steps from the link that you guys keep sending people to, and then some, with no solution or customer support. Very frustrating to say the least.
