My creative cloud will not install , it says there is some sort of issue but wont tell me what

Fran08Michi do you receive any type of error messages? Which operating system are you using? Have you previously utilized Creative Cloud sucessfully on this computer?

It doesnt show any error messages. I have an iMac OS X 10.9. Yes it was previously installed but it wasnt working so I tried uninstalling it and re installing it but now it just wont install at all.
