creative cloud failed to install error 1

i cant install creative cloud using free trial. (filled out credit card--thought it went through?)

OK. Just did that and got the same error hafway through the download of creative cloud.

Ths example is not my problem, though. This assumes I have successfully downloaded CC and am trying to dl applications but I cant get cc downloaded . Out of time for now
