Creative cloud failing for a year now - only options are quit or repair. Both fail.

Does anyone know how to chase down a support tech?

I was in a bomgar session with support for about an hour, issue was not fixed and he told me to restart, can't contact him now. session is gone. The support chat keeps failing as well. situation with broken adobe is exactly the same. Repair NEVER WORKS so I always hit quit.  I'VE HAD THIS PROBLEM FOR A YEAR NOW, I THREW AWAY $500 FOR THIS.

Trying to contact Adobe has been a truly hellish vicious circle as I'm too busy to call during the week and the chat sessions go nowhere and end abruptly like this last session. so a waste of time. It's so time consuming and always fails, it's beyond frustrating. I seriously want to leave adobe and try all the other up and coming alternatives.

Hi Melindanelblu1,

We're really sorry for the poor experience. As you have mentioned that the desktop app crashes a lot on your machine, could you please let us know if you have any anti-virus, internet security software or system optimizer software installed on your machine?

These apps can cause the Creative Cloud desktop app to stop working, specially a system optimizer software.

I would request you to turn off these apps for the time being and then follow the steps given in the below thread to manually remove Creative Cloud desktop app from your machine:

Win: Photoshop Installation Failed

Mac: illustrator reinstalling free trial 1 day old!

After this reinstall the app from here: Download Creative Cloud desktop app

Let us know if this helps.

None of these solutions provided by Bani_Verma work.
