Creative Cloud fails after update 2017

I have a payed licence but after updating to 2017 my program filled. my platform is MacOs sierra.

I have to administrate again and pay for my licence and don't now what was going wrong.

What is the solution?

what failed?

you were unable to update?  or you were able to update the cc desktop app but are unable to open it, or something else?
