Creative Cloud falla en la mitad de la instalación en Mac O 10.9.5

Con la nueva actualización, desapareció Creative Cloud. La he vuelto a descargar e intentado instalarla, pero no ha sido posible. Desinstale la antigua versión con el desinstalador de adobe, he vuelto a descargar. En mitad de la instalación la aplicación rompe y no ha sido posible tampoco, a pesar de haberlo intentado varias veces e incluso reiniciando el ordenador. No sé que pasa. ¿¿¿ ME PUEDEN AYUDAR ???

Kindly be more specific around the issue so that we can assist you appropriately.

  1. What software update were you installing?
  2. Are you not able to find Creative Cloud?
  3. Which version have you tried to uninstall?

Hi Saini:

OI'll try to answer your questions:

1- I was installing the last version of Creative Cloud (Version 2.0.0.74

was released on 4/21/2015)

2- And not I am not able to locate CC. When it "updated" it crashed and

desapeared from my Aplication Library, I was installing it on a MacPro

v.10.9.5.

I uninstalled the software and now when I lunch the

CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg and it starts to download the software it

crashes around the 50%.

3- And about the version I uninstall... I don't remember the number but it

was just the one before v2.0.0.74 was released.
