Creative Cloud freezes every time before installing Apps.

hey i downloaded creative cloud for my work computer.  the installer downloads but when i open it, on the first page where it says "Home, Apps, Assets, Community" it just freezes on the apps screen every time. tried uninstalling it and downloaded it again and nothing.  internet connection in my office is super solid too, and my computer's a brand new macbook pro with no problems.  any ideas?

Hi bfink,

Please specify that are you getting a blank screen or a spinning wheel on the Creative cloud desktop application.

spinning wheel. thanks for getting back to me please keep me posted. but

the spinning wheel goes on forever, i left it on overnight last night.

also uninstalled and re-installed it again.
