Creative Cloud has an error that can't be reaired (apparently something is missing). If i try to re-install it it doesn't recognise my password. I cannot start the Photosho free trial

I have started a Photoshop free trial. I can't install Photoshop because there is an error on Creative Cloud that cannot be repaired. When I try to reinstall Creative Cloud, it does not recognise my password. I changed the password on my Adobe account, but the Creative Cloud installer doesn’t recognise it. Please help
