Everyone, I am in a huge predicament. I am signed into the same Adobe account on both my laptop and desktop. I have been using my laptop non stop this quarter in school and today I decided to work on my computer for my next project the problem is that on my computer it's saying I need a 7 day free trial of illustrator. While on my laptop it does not. It's also weird that under my "plans" it doesn't show my illustrator/lightroom/ and photoshop plans

Go to https://account.adobe.com and post a screen shot of both. Edit out any mail or similar private info.

It may be, if your plan is a University plan that you need to unlock that on your desktop.
