"THERE'S A PROBLEM!" 'Please close all instances of Adobe Application Manager to continue.'
I did everything that the forum and the community has asked. Checked over 10 Youtube videos, and nothing can help me. I have a iMac, with the the OS X Yosemite. I really need to go back and use my photoshop and lightroom for my work. I always press "Close Applications"but it does not work at all. please contact me at [personal info removed]
close all your browsers and open your activity monitor and close adobe processes one-by-one until you are able to continue.
if that fails,
uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
