Creative Cloud impossible to update

It has been three days already that I am trying to update Photoshop and Dreamweaver using Creative Cloud. It stops at 19%. I tried almost everything even shutting down television, phones, tablets and so on in the house. I tried during the day, during the night with the same result: nothing! I have been researching on the web, to discover that I am not alone ... but this does not make me happy considering that this is a subscription that I pay every month. Of course, I have Photoshop working but since the Update is available and it is part of the subscription that I pay, I want to update my program. Right now it is stuck at 19%. Actually  there was progress because two days ago it was stopping at 14%.  Now I am asking ... what am I suppose to do to update Photoshop and Dreamweaver? What is happening?  Thank you

Hi there,

Are you on Mac or Windows? What version of OS is it?

Since you are facing the issues, please use the cleaner tool and remove all the Creative Cloud apps: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html. Once done please use this link to download the Creative Cloud desktop app: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html#Problemsinstall...

All apps:  https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-apps-download.html

From the app, please download the Creative Cloud applications.

Let us know if this works for you.

Thanks

Kanika

I am on Windows 10, latest update.

I have done all of that 4 times already. Every time all starts to work but then ... it stops. Photoshop at 53%, it did upgrade Lightroom, Dreamweaver, and XD,  Premiere Rush is stuck at 43% ... I have on waiting Lightroom Classic, Photoshop 20, Bridge,  Camera Raw. Programs that I do not need because I use only Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

I have tried, not easy because  CC is moving fast, to exclude those that I do not need as soon as CC starts. But the new photoshop  st5opped again on and around 50%.

I do not have a connectivity problem and bandwidth is way ok.

The only thing that I do not understand is why in the world a giant like Adobe is not able to  have the download process start again from where it stopped!

And Adobe is not cheap!

Searching the web I realized that this is a problem that is investing a huge amount of subscribers ...

Well ... should we start a Class Action to have our money back?
Then, Adobe,  you better come up with a solution!

And then there is the miracle!

After finished writing my previous comment, I  went back to Creative Cloud ... stopped and restarted the Photoshop Update and it happened!

Finally, after 5 days and 4 nights, I was able to update ALL Adobe programs part of my subscription.

Do not ask me what I did because I do not know. The only thing that I remember doing is to follow the instructions that are on the answer to my first post ... but I did it, again and again, days and nights until it worked! And it did it.

If you ask me if this is right? Well, no! it is not and I think that Adobe should pay more attention to the subscribers!

Thank you
