Creative Cloud & install error

Hello, 

 

My Adobe creative cloud and XD are not working. I tried a lot to install them but the process is stopping after 3%.  Please give me a solution.

Ankitulux, what error message do you receive when installing Adobe XD? The errors are recorded within the installation logs. For more information see  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html.
