Creative Cloud Install Issue

I am unable to launch creative cloud.  The apps starts but I only get the main box with the spinning icon in the center.  Eventually, I will receive an error stating the program needs to close.  I am trying to re-download Illustrator CS5 to my new laptop and I am not able to.  I am running 64 bit windows 7.

I thought my problem was with the Creative Cloud app on my desktop but I tried it when I got home, on my home network, and it is working just fine now.  I was ultimately just trying to download CS5 again onto my new laptop.  I was being sent to the cloud in order to download it and it wouldn't do anything after the initial window opened.  The blue circle would continue to spin with a blank (white) background.  I now have CS5 downloading in the background right now.  Thank you for the response, much appreciated.

Mikew47152305 if you are trying to reinstall Illustrator Creative Suite 5 then why are you attempting to downloading the Creative Cloud Desktop application?  Do you have a Creative Cloud Membership as well?
