Creative Cloud installation failed, and now I cannot install it again

Hello.

I tried installing Creative Cloud for installing Lightroom demo version.

It get stuck, and I switched off the computer and deleted all the files.

Now I try to install the Creative Cloud again, but it does not install...

how can I solve this issue?

Help me please...

Hi,

Please try following steps

1) Close all Adobe related processes using Activity monitor

2) Navigate to /Library/application support/Adobe and delete Adobe application manager

3) Navigate to Application library and open Utility folder and delete Adobe application manager folder

4) Install Adobe application manager using following link Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Macintosh : Adobe Application Manager

5) Launch Adobe application manager and it will update to Creative cloud itself.

Hello,

I am running on Mac, OS X El capitan 10.11.2

The problem is that I execute the file "creative cloud installer.dmg", than I double click on "creative cloud installer", it starts installing but it does not move forward, and it disappears.

How can I do to install it?

Please try following steps
