Creative Cloud Installation Failed Exit Code: 39

I have tried multiple times to install the free trial for Photoshop CC, Indesign CC, Illustrator CC, and Dreamweaver CC. Each time the download gets to about 42% and I receive an error message installation failed. When I click on learn more and more information I get a summary htm that says:

Exit Code: 39 Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example, ERROR: DW042 ...

I have already chatted with adobe support and he recommended that I enable my root user account. Once I enabled the root account, I uninstalled and reinstalled and still got the same error message. PLEASE HELP! So frustrated.
