Creative cloud installation problem

It keeps asking me to put in my username and password before installing but none of my passwords or usernames are working ????

You need to enter your Mac login credentials :

    This is the normal message when installing ANY software to a Mac. So it's the same as all software, from all makers. 

    DON'T GUESS. If you are new to installing software on your Mac, this is the administrator password you chose when you first switched on your Mac (perhaps the same as your login password).
