Creative Cloud Installed Applications Crash upon Launch

Good day,

I have a license for the Creative Cloud, I am trying to install it on my Macbook Pro (late 2012).

The Creative Cloud installs fine, along with the applications I urgently need to use right now (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), however when I open the application, it crashes every single time upon launch. I have run the Installer Helper however no change. I have signed out, signed in again, uninstalled and re-installed a number of times, including restating my laptop – still the same problem.

Please could you guide me through to installing the applications properly on my machine without the constant crashing?

Please let me know what information you require to assist.

Much appreciated.

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
