Question

Creative Cloud Installer doesn't see my subscription

I've purchased the year plan with monthly payments, but during the installation Installer says that it can's find any subscription on my account.

What can it be and how can it be fixed?

Mac OS X 10.11 beta 6

Hi Andrei,

We are still not supporting new MAC OS El Capitan. This will be enabled after the official release of this MAC OS.

Hi!

How then the products can be downloaded and run without any problem... just in DEMO mode.

Subscription is on your side, and it doesn't depend on OS version.

Apps can be used while you don't support my OS, but subscription can't be found on my ADOBE account... can't understand

Hi,

during the installation Installer says that it can's find any subscription

It means that the installed is facing issues while it check for the subscription. It might be any service, Firewall or security issues which is unable to run the activation services in the background.

You can install and use Adobe CC if it gets installed and work fine and I think your subscription would be working fine but if while installing or using the product(s) you get any error message or warning then it might not be supported till the official release of OS.

To check your Subscription go to the below link and check.
