Creative Cloud Installer Freezing at 21.5%

Hey!

I'm currently trying to install Creative Cloud, but every time, it stops at 21.5% and will not move forward. Yes, I am on Catalina, but I don't believe that should be impacting the installation? It is the most recent version of Creative Cloud.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

try adobe creative cloud cleaner tool,it works for me
